SOn the 9th of September, the municipality of Barbezieux will be organizing its traditional association forum at Plaisance, from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Florence Swistek, deputy in charge of sports and community life, will give three good reasons to attend. Firstly, it is an opportunity to discover the diversity of associations, with new ones being added this year. Many of the city’s hundred associations will be present. Secondly, it is a chance to meet passionate volunteers who will introduce you to their favorite activities. Commitment is a characteristic that the fair organizers have recently highlighted. Lastly, there is a possibility to win numerous prizes offered by the associations. Sports, leisure, culture, and charity will all be represented at the forum, allowing you to find your activity for the year. It is worth noting that on the same day, there will also be an association forum in the town of Salles-de-Barbezieux, from 9 am to 12:30 pm, at the Maison des générations where the town will present a wide range of offerings (information available at www.sallesdebarbezieux.fr).
