Since 2015, the town of Cauterets has been hosting the Pyrenean Nature Image Festival, an event organized by the National Office of Hunting and Wildlife, the Pyrenees National Park, and Pyrénées Magazine. As the only festival in the Southwest dedicated to nature photography, its mission is to showcase the beauty of nature and our Pyrenean mountains. Through photo exhibitions, films, and conferences, the festival aims to raise awareness about our environment in order to better respect and protect it.
