Mesdames, Messieurs
On the 4th of October, between 7:30 PM and 10:30 PM, on the anniversary of our Constitution, the judicial court of Cahors will be hosting its inaugural NIGHT OF LAW, organized by the Constitutional Council.
Like the Heritage Days, many courts in France, including the one in CAHORS, will open their doors to the public. The aim is to promote awareness of the law, justice, its professions, and its members from a different perspective and for the general public.
We would like to communicate about this in order to reach as many people from Cadurcians and even Lotois as possible. A local relay of this event, already done at the national level by the Constitutional Council www.lanuitdudroit.fr/, would be greatly appreciated.
If you are interested, we invite you to the courthouse (in the prosecutor’s office) for a more comprehensive interview on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 18th at 5:00 PM.
If not, we are sharing this poster with you and asking you to discuss it in an article.
Bien cordialement
La présidente du tribunal, Sophie DE BORGGRAEF
Le procureur de la République, Alexandre ROSSI

At the Lot courthouse, two events will be offered to visitors. First, a historical and architectural presentation of the stone building will be provided, with the assistance of the Cahors tourism office. Then, a fictional trial will take place, followed by a discussion. The bar association and law students from the University of Toulouse will be involved in this event, which is being organized in various locations throughout France.
