Si les deux équipes fanions, seniors masculines et féminines, ont échoué, la jeunesse lisloise s’est illustrée par de belles performances.
Prénationale M. HBCL 27 – Roques 34. Face à une équipe d’expérience, avec une ossature ayant pratiqué en Nationale 3, les Lislois, qui s’inclinent au final 27 à 34, ont tenu un quart d’heure (7-8). Hélas, un trou d’air de 10 minutes a fait décoller le score (7-12) en faveur des visiteurs. Malgré tout, les Gersois se sont ressaisis pour faire jeu égal jusqu’à la fin du match. Il y a du mieux par rapport au match de Carcassonne, mais le groupe doit encore se faire violence et accepter que le changement d’entraîneur et l’intégration de nouveaux joueurs demandent un peu de temps. Bons débuts de Mickael Davison, dont l’expérience du haut niveau ne peut que profiter à ses partenaires.
On their side, the women’s team lost to Lannemezan 27 to 33. This half-recomposed team had a good game with good integration of the « young » players from the club. By leading for a good part of the first half, they made their opponents doubt themselves. Unfortunately, three harsh exclusions later, it was the plateau girls who took a good lead. In the Territorial league, the senior boys’ team achieves a impressive 28-19 victory, with a special mention to their forever young captain, Mathieu Porée.
Among the youth, the U18 M (1st division) won on the side of Muret with a score of 34 to 25. This is a great performance on Clément Ader’s territory. The U15 M (2nd division) easily prevailed 46 to 17 against Castres. It is a second victory, indeed, but obtained against an incomplete team, which can provide little insight.
