On Thursday, September 7th in the evening, a meeting of the Limogne municipal council was held at the town hall, chaired by Jean-Claude Vialette, the mayor. One of the main topics on the agenda was the health center.
After deliberation, the municipal council, with a majority vote (1 abstention and 1 against), will entrust the company Capraro & Cie – Cahors agency, with the execution of VRD, masonry – locksmithing works for a total amount of €322,951.60 excluding taxes. As for lot 2, it was declared unsuccessful (1 abstention and 1 against).
Limogne has decided to seek the assistance of the SDAIL (departmental union for development and engineering of Lot) in the establishment of this healthcare center. In this regard, an intervention agreement was signed between the SDAIL and the municipality on March 31, 2022, with a projected amount of €5,834 excluding taxes.
Considérant que le SDAIL doit procéder à la modification des annexes technique et financière pour changement du contenu de l’assistance et temps supplémentaires à l’intérieur d’une ou plusieurs missions, le montant prévisionnel s’élève désormais à 6 682 € HT. Décision adoptée à l’unanimité.
During this evening, the elected officials were also supposed to examine the lease agreement for the premises of the Maison des associations, which are currently occupied by the association « l’étage ».
It has finally been decided that this matter will be discussed at the next municipal council meeting.
Rénovation de l’éclairage public. Par délibération du 28 juillet 2022, la commune a adhéré au principe du transfert de sa compétence éclairage public à la FDEL du lot (Fédération départementale d’énergies du Lot). Jean-Claude Vialette a présenté les projets de rénovation de l’éclairage public pour l’entrée de l’école et du Bourg. Décision adoptée à l’unanimité.
