The agenda will be as follows: approval of the minutes from the council meeting on July 3rd; decisions made by the mayor from June 13th to August 18th; Lectoure casino (proposal to adopt the annual report of the delegate for 2021-2022); public service for collective sanitation (annual report of the delegate on price and service quality, 2022 exercise); organization of the population census in 2024 (designation of a municipal coordinator and proposal to create 10 temporary jobs); proposal for a special mandate for the mayor and a deputy to travel to Paris for the National Commerce Challenge; municipal budget (proposal for amendment No. 2); transition to M57 nomenclature (management of depreciation and adoption of budgetary and financial regulations); proposal to grant indemnity benefits to fixed-term contract employees; proposal to create a permanent position in the municipal staff list; request for classification as a tourist resort; compliance with PMR standards and energy renovation of football field stands and changing rooms (amendment to lot No. 2, carpentry); design, realization, and installation of an artwork in the town of Lectoure (project « Art and Environment », awarding of contracts); energy renovation of the leisure center (preliminary project); approval of the educational project for the period 2023-2026; youth municipal council (amendment to internal regulations).
