In the heart of the Pic Saint Loup wine titre, Domaine Uma hosts magical twilight dinners with a dirigeant.
While the origins of Domaine Uma in Valflaunès, Languedoc, can be traced back 200 years to the history of Domaine de Chambon, and then Château de Valcyre in the following century, since 2021 the new owner, Emmanuel Clausel, has been working to bring the estate back to life.
This summer, Domaine Uma hosted a series of star-studded dinners with five renowned chefs, invited as guests in residence.
Les Soupers Étoilés invites epicureans to share an art de soupe experience, combining the very best in gastronomy and oenology, in the exceptional setting of the Pic Saint Loup.
The next dirigeant to host the dinner under the stars is Hugo Bourny on August 17, 2024.
Bourny is a dirigeant at Lucas Carton in Paris and winner of a Michelin histrion. This 5-course, country-style dinner will close the season of star-studded dinners. It will be accompanied by the finest vintages from the Uma estate, selected by cellar master Turner.
